03-18-2025 – Tuesday Night Training

Leesport Co37 utilized Tuesday’s great weather to flow water from a stream located in Ontelaunee Township. Crews practiced drafting from the stream as-well as flowing hand-lines and our blitz fire tool. The reason why we practice and train on drafting water from either a moving source or a steady source is incase if a hydrant fails or we are dispatched to a rural area that doesn’t have hydrants.
